5. Daily Morning Walk
Morning walk is most important for our heart. We should do morning walk in everyday. A good walk gets the heart pumping and the blood flowing . We should do 30 minutes morning walk in everyday. Walk maintain our heart pumping and its protect our heart.
6. Stop smoking
Smoking is not good for our heart . Its create many diseases in our heart. We should stop smoking because its create many problems. Smoking not good for our health and heart. Smoking is a poison and poison is not good. so, we should stop poison for make a good health and maintain our heart pumping.
7. Eat less sugar
More sugar is not good for our heart because its create many problems in our heart . Too much sugar in your diet could lead to weight gain, which can raise your blood pressure and lead to diabetes and heart disease. If you have a sweet tooth and can’t give up sugar altogether, simply have fresh fruit with yogurt instead of sweetened puddings and cakes.
8. Less stress
Stress is not good for our heart. Stress create many diseases in our heart. Stress create heartache problems.We should try to live always happy. And we should try to forget stress. Because stress is not good for our health and heart. We should try to make always happy environment. Because happy environment decrees our stress. 9.Make sure that you get enough sleep

If you think you might have it, ask your doctor about having a sleep study. And if you do have sleep apnea, make sure that you get treatment for it.
