5. Daily Morning Walk
Morning walk is most important for our heart. We should do morning walk in everyday. A good walk gets the heart pumping and the blood flowing . We should do 30 minutes morning walk in everyday. Walk maintain our heart pumping and its protect our heart.
6. Stop smoking

7. Eat less sugar
More sugar is not good for our heart because its create many problems in our heart . Too much sugar in your diet could lead to weight gain, which can raise your blood pressure and lead to diabetes and heart disease. If you have a sweet tooth and can’t give up sugar altogether, simply have fresh fruit with yogurt instead of sweetened puddings and cakes.
8. Less stress
Stress is not good for our heart. Stress create many diseases in our heart. Stress create heartache problems.We should try to live always happy. And we should try to forget stress.
